After we agree that WOTC credits are worth pursuing, we arrange a Meeting session with your designated representative(s). Our coaching and follow-up ensure the highest levels of compliance.
Once your employee is WOTC-certified, we use payroll data provided electronically, from there we generate all necessary reports. Your tax department and your CPA can count on us to provide you with timely reporting and WOTC certifications necessary to substantiate your WOTC credits.
Under the WOTC program, up to $2,400, which is 40% of the first $6,000 of income. Two exceptions to the $2,400 maximum credit exist. The first is Long Term TANF recipients who can generate $9,000 in credits over a two year period. The second is the Disabled Veterans Receiving Unemployment category that can generate $9,600 against the first $24,000 of income in year one of employment.
